Opened on early on 2005 and designed by James Wilcher principal of Golf by Design and located in Dawesville approximately 100kms from Perth. The Cut is just about an exciting as a golf course could ever be. Routed predominantly through dramatically undulating dunes land within a stone's throw of the famous Indian Ocean, the course comes with a wonderful views and beautifully conditioned with excellent designed.

Boasting a par of 72, and a total course length from the back tees of 6,385m. The Cut features a lone par 3 and par 5 on the front side and a pair of each on the back. Eminently playable from the blue tees at 6,077m and 5,209m from the women's tees. The course has been constructed with strong and consistent prevailing winds in mind.

The Cut is destined to become of of Australia's premier coastal golf courses. The course playable year round and enjoyed by golfers of all playing levels. The fairways have generous landing areas from the tee. Each holes has at least four tee choices, many of which provide golfers with the distraction of stunning views over the course and the Indian Ocean.

The outward nine holes meander past the resort hotel site, then through swales of dunes, bounded by the ocean on the four opening holes, opening into the residential estate with fairway frontage homesites through to Hole 9.

A tunnel provides access to the clubhouse, a welcome drink or snack and !0th tee. Hole 10-18 provide a a sequence of scenic golf holes nestled in the valleys of dramatic dunes with elevated tees providing ocean vistas. Hole twelve, a demanding par four with the green just 35 metres from the beach is certain to become the signature hole.
